Alan C. Bradshaw
Alan C. Bradshaw is a partner with the firm of Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar
LLC. His practice emphasis is general litigation, including insurance coverage disputes,
business torts, contracts, creditors’ rights and environmental law.
Mr. Bradshaw served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable J. Thomas Greene, United
States District Court for the District of Utah. He is the author of Antitrust Policy and OlympicAthletes: The United States Ski Team Goes for the Gold, Utah Law Review.
