Business Litigation Labor & Employment Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Law

Jack T. Nelson is a partner at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar. Focusing his practice on litigation, Mr. Nelson has been able to represent a diverse array of clients from the outset of conflict and up through trial. This includes multiple jury trials, arbitrations and mediations in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, direct sales, and real estate development. From individual direct sales distributors to the state’s largest healthcare provider, Mr. Nelson has experience in creatively solving problems for both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes large and small.

Prior to joining Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, Mr. Nelson worked as a summer associate at the firm of Datsopoulos, McDondald & Lind in Missoula, Montana. Mr. Nelson also worked as an Appellate Clerk and a Clinical Intern for the Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association, where he had an opportunity to try multiple cases prior to graduating from law school. He also interned for the Honorable Judge Dee Benson while attending the S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Outside of the office, Mr. Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. In what time he has left, Mr. Nelson is an avid skier, something he did competitively prior to law school.
