Michael E. Harmond (“Mike”) is an associate at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, where his practice focuses on helping businesses deal with commercial disputes and employment law matters.  Before joining the firm, Mike served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.  During law school, Mike was a law clerk in the Litigation Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office and an intern for the Honorable Robert J. Shelby, United States District Court for the District of Utah.  He also served as a student fellow for the Consumer Federation of America, a national legal advocacy and research non-profit.

Before attending law school, Mike worked as a grant writer and resource development professional for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake, where he helped secure numerous awards from a variety of government entities and private foundations.  At the same time, he also managed successful campaigns for the Utah Legislature and Salt Lake City Council.
