Lateral Candidates: We are currently accepting and reviewing application materials from top-notch lateral candidates with at least 2-3 years of post-graduate experience. Applicants must have strong academic credentials (i.e., top 20% from a first-tier law school) and significant complex litigation experience at a reputable firm. Achievements such as journal experience, academic awards, membership on competitive teams (e.g., moot court, trial advocacy) and clerkships are preferred. Rueben Clark College of Law at B.Y.U.
