Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar LLC ( MCBB ) was formed in May, 1997. Prior to the creation of MCBB, the four name partners constituted all of the partners in the Litigation Department of the Salt Lake City Office of one of the largest regional law firms. MCBB's lawyers are trial lawyers, concentrating in complex commercial litigation, including labor and employment, securities, antitrust, class actions, product liability, medical malpractice and insurance defense, intellectual property, real property, environmental and insurance coverage. In addition, MCBB has an active commercial transaction practice that includes general business representation, real estate transactions and representation of lenders and borrowers. Our clients are clients of the firm. We assign lawyers to efficiently and effectively pursue cases based on the clients' needs and our experience and abilities. Our clients' interests are our interests.

We practice before all state and federal courts in Utah and in surrounding states. We have significant experience in administrative hearings. Lawyers in our office are admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New York, Texas and Utah.
