Carson M. Fuller is an associate at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, where his practice focuses on municipal defense, insurance, employment, and commercial litigation. During law school, he interned for the Honorable David N. Mortensen of the Utah Court of Appeals. Carson’s experience includes handling negligence and other tort claims, breach of contract claims, construction defect and real property disputes, and constitutional claims. Carson has trial experience and has also participated in appeals before the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeals.

Carson enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, including hiking, fishing, camping, and golfing.
