Victoria Bindrup is an associate at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar. She focuses her practice on business litigation, government defense, and employment law, representing municipalities, government agencies, employers, and individuals in complex state and federal litigation. Victoria has experience in personal injury, wrongful death, transportation defense, product liability, employment, premises liability, professional liability, medical malpractice defense, and other general civil litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Victoria practiced at Jones Skelton & Hochuli, PLC, Arizona’s largest trial and appellate insurance-defense firm where she managed a diverse range of civil litigation cases and gained extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, and motions practice.

In law school, Victoria was a Moot Court staff member and received CALI Excellence Awards in Legal Research and Writing, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and Real Estate Transactions. She earned her undergraduate degree in Russian and Political Science from Utah Valley University.   

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, hiking, and watching sports.
